Kirby Arceneaux, Chairman
Industry tenure: 34 years
Arceneaux is the chairman of Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services and has more than three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. He launched his career in various positions with oil and gas rental services at a full-service rental tool company where he spent 17 years. He served as executive vice president of Offshore Energy Services, a full-service tubular running company for nine years. As one of the founders of Wellbore Energy Solutions, LLC, Arceneaux served as CEO until Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. acquired Wellbore in 2009. He then joined Halliburton as the senior business manager over business development of CleanWell Technology. Following the acquisition of Wellbore, Arceneaux joined Environmental Drilling Solutions, LLC as chairman for about three years before becoming a partner in Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services, LLC.
Jessica Roger, Secretary & Treasurer
Industry Tenure: 12 years
Roger is the secretary/treasurer of Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services and has more than a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has held various accounting and office manager positions at regional companies such as Branch Warehousing & Distribution Center, Inc. and River Oaks Event Center. In 2008, she joined Wellbore Energy Solutions as the accounting manager, and then joined Environmental Drilling Solutions as accounting/office manager from 2009 to 2013, where she was responsible for all human resources and accounting functions. She then joined Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services as a partner in August 2013.
Jill Louviere, Controller
Industry Tenure: 20 years
As controller of Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services, Louviere’s responsibilities include the management of all financial matters, and she supports the management and ownership teams. She oversees projects such as cost control, asset utilization, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, audits and the development of monthly and yearly financial statements. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
Carl Coker – Regional Manager, WFRS Northeast
Industry Tenure: 8 years
Coker joined Wellsite Fishing and Rentals Services in 2014 as a regional manager in the Norteast. Coker spent eight years active duty in the U.S. Army, leading troops into combat in Bosnia, Kuwait and Iraq. After leaving the military, he moved to Northeast Pennsylvania to work for Basin Tool Fishing and Rental. His job responsibilities includes repairing, redressing and testing BOPs, servicing pumps and swivels, maintaining all fishing equipment and maintaining all tubing. After being promoted to dispatcher, Coker coordinated jobs, trucking, delivery tickets and invoicing. After Basin Tool merged with BTI, Coker was relocated to Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, as operations manager for that location.
Michael Foster – Regional Manager, Viking Oil Tools
Industry Tenure: 38 years
As regional manager for Viking Oil Tools, Foster is based in Hobbs, N.M., and Midland/Odessa, Texas. Foster began his career as a carbide welder and has held a multitude of oil and gas management and supervisory positions, managing operations around the globe. Foster believes teamwork is the key to success for Viking’s operations team as it continued its regional expansion.
Slade Woods – Vice President, Cornerstone Completion Services
Industry Tenure: 15 years
Woods serves as vice president and general manager of Cornerstone Completions Services. He joined Wellsite after working for Workover Solutions, where he was regional sales manager. Additional, he served as northeast district manager for Extreme Energy Services. Known for an impressive reputation in the industry, Woods values Wellsite’s reputation for quality products, service and safety.
